How to trigger incident

Option 1

Through Policies section.

Step 1: Copy bundle id

Go to the app store/ play store to copy the bundle id.

Step 2: Select policy

Go to the policy tab on the BETTER MTD admin console and select your desired policy.

Step 3: Go to the application threat tab

Select the application threat tab under your chosen device agent (iOS/Android).

Step 4: Paste bundle id

Select blacklisted apps dropdown and Paste your bundle id and save changes.

You will receive a notification on the mobile agent after a moment.

Option 2

Through the Apps section

Step 1: Go to the Apps section

Go to the Apps tab on the admin console and select the app that you want to blacklist.

Step 2: Copy bundle id

Copy the bundle id of the undesired app you want to blacklist.

You can find the bundle id of the undesired app under general information in the Apps tab on the admin console.

Step 3: Select policy

Go to the policy tab on the BETTER MTD admin console and select your desired policy.

Step 4: Go to the application threat tab

Select the application threat tab under your chosen device agent (iOS/Android).

Step 5: Paste bundle id

Select blacklisted apps dropdown and Paste your bundle id.
