Cause

A device has an older OS than the one allowed by the admin.

Resolution

Update the OS of the device.

On-Console notification

In the Incidents section, devices with an outdated OS are reported to the console.

On-Device notification

By default, a similar notification is displayed on the device.

On-Mobile agent notification

By default, similar information is displayed in the mobile agent app.
