Add/Invite users to the MTD Console

Use case

Admin wants to add users to the BETTER MTD console.

Requirements

• A BETTER MTD tenant (how to create?)

• Logged into the BETTER MTD console.

Steps

Option 1: Add users and send invites

1. Go to your BETTER MTD console and select the Users tab from the left panel.

2.Click on the User section and select ADD USER

3. Submit User information on the given form and click ADD.

You can choose to assign a user to a created group in the last section of the form as shown in the image below.

4. On the user dashboard select/check a preferred user and click INVITE.

TheINVITE the button will only appear if there is a selected user.

5. Choose a template and Send invites via email or SMS.

To find out more about how to choose email templates, go to the settings tab on the left panel, and select the email templates section on the top.

Option 2: Add users in bulk

1. Go to your BETTER MTD console and select the Users tab from the left panel.

2.Click on the User section and select ADD BULK USERS

3. Add a CSV file to the dropbox on the screen.
