How to trigger incidents

Step 1: Install app‌

On the mobile device, install a 3rd party app. You may use the sample provided below.‌

DO NOT LAUNCH THE APP after installation

For immediate feedback, you can initiate a device scan on the mobile agent. ( how to scan?)

How to remediate the incident‌

1. Open the mobile agent

2. Click on 'Apps'

3. Uninstall the 3rd party app from the mobile device
