Add/Manage Roles

Roles are used to give different administrative accesses to different users on the BETTER console according to preferences and permissions. This section details how to add or manage roles.

Use case

Admin wants to add and manage roles.

Requirements

  • A BETTER MTD tenant (how to create?)

  • Logged into the BETTER MTD console.

Steps to Add roles

  1. Go to your BETTER MTD console and select the Users tab from the left panel.

2. Click on the ROLE section and select ADD ROLE.

3. Add a Role Name on the label field and create different permissions, Finally click ADD.

Steps to modify pre-existing roles

1.Go to your BETTER MTD console and select the Users tab from the left panel.

2.On the user dashboard select the edit tool on the preferred role.

3. Change permissions to respective roles on preference, click save.
