How to trigger incident

Step 1: Initiate scan

Initiate a scan on the mobile agent.

For immediate feedback, you can initiate a device scan on the mobile agent. ( how to scan?)

How to remediate the incident

1. Open the mobile agent

2. Click on 'Device Vulnerabilities'

3. Disable Administrator access

To find developer options on your device. Go to settings>About phone>Software information>click build number 7 times to activate developer options.

You can access developer options on settings.
