Device encryption is disabled. Usually occurs on older versions of Android.

Resolution

Encrypt your device via device settings.

In the Incidents section, devices that have encryption disabled are reported to the console.

On-Mobile agent notification

By default, similar information is displayed in the mobile agent app.
