Cause

There is no device passcode set.

Resolution

Setup a device passcode from the settings menu.

On-Console report

By default, incidents are reported to the Incident section of the console.

On-Device notification

By default, a similar notification is displayed on the device.

On-Mobile agent report

By default, a similar notification will be displayed on the mobile agent.
