Initiate a threat scan

Requirements

• Installed mobile agent app

Step 1: Open app

On your mobile device, launch the mobile agent app.

Step 2: Initiate scan

On the mobile agent, click the SCAN AGAIN button.

Step 3: Await status update

Await for the scan to complete and update the status of the device.
